These two drawings are on the wall of the observatory on Mount Wilson, California.

The man who has been recording the movements of the sun through his sun telescope for the last

thirty years is no longer employed by the observatory, but he continues to go to  work every day

in order to continue his observations, lest we miss something.

Looking deeply into the human eye can reveal signs of disease in the body.

Once you reach the Golden Gallery in St.Paul’s Cathedral, 528 steps up, there is a small window in the floor through which you can see the floor of the dome below.
